What we hold, and why

Three things, no more.

Your order

Name, delivery address, email, and what you bought. We need it to send you a parcel and to help if something goes wrong. It lives in our Shopify account, and the parts needed to print and ship it go to our print partner, Printify. We never see your full card number — payment is handled by Shopify’s payment processor, and what comes back to us is the last four digits and whether it worked.

Your email, if you hand it over

Only if you type it into the drop-alert box or buy something. One email per drop, and an unsubscribe link in every one that works immediately. We do not sell, rent, swap or share the list.

Your bag

So it survives a refresh. It is a shop-side cart ID kept in your own browser, not a profile of you. Clear your browser data and it is gone.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond the essentials below.

  • Your bag reference, so the bag is still there when you come back.
  • A flag remembering you have already seen the intro animation.
  • At checkout, Shopify sets its own essential cookies to run the payment and fraud checks. Those are covered by Shopify’s privacy policy.
  • Shopify — runs the shop, the checkout and payments.
  • Printify and its print partner — get your name, address and what you ordered, so they can print it and ship it.
  • The carrier — gets your name and address so the parcel arrives.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces, which means your browser requests a file from Google and Google sees that request.
That is the whole list. No ad networks, no data brokers, no pixel following you to other sites.
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.

Terms of sale

The short version of what you agree to when you buy.

Prices are shown in the currency at checkout, and shipping is added before you pay, never after. Everything is printed to order, so there is no stock to run out of. If a blank is ever unavailable, we will tell you and refund in full rather than make you wait.
Product images are previews generated from the actual design. Screens vary, and printed colours can differ slightly from what you see. If it arrives misprinted, that is on us.
The designs and words on this site are ours. Wear the clothes anywhere. Do not reprint the graphics for resale.

Returns

Something wrong with your order? Write to us and a real person will sort it out.

For a misprint, damage or the wrong item: the full price, back to the way you paid. For anything else, email us and we will tell you what we can do.
Entirely on us. Send a photo of the problem and we will reprint it or refund you.
Every piece is printed for you, so exchanges are handled case by case. Email us and we will see what we can do.
